2018-19 Kindergarten Tuition Rates:

The current schedule of Kindergarten tuition and fees represents the 2018-19 academic year. Tuition is determined annually by the SCCS School Committee and SCBC Deacon Board.

Registration Fee– RETURNING STUDENTS:

$200 PER STUDENT if paid by February 29th
$250 PER STUDENT if paid March 1st or after
This non-refundable, per-student fee is due at the time of application for enrollment. This fee covers the cost of processing the application and reserves a place for the student for the upcoming school year.

Application Fee – NEW STUDENTS
$350 PER STUDENT
This per-student fee is due at the time of application for enrollment. In the event the student is not accepted into the school, $200 of the fee is refundable.

Student Program Fee: (Due July 1, 2017)
$25/year for grades K-6
$150/year for grades 7-8
$200/year for grades 9-12
This fee is to support special events and programs such as the elementary end-of-year party, Student Leadership Council, California Scholarship Federation, Homecoming activities, etc. This fee does not cover the costs for all events, but helps to subsidize many events. Students pay additional fees for various activities. This fee is due in full on July 1st and is not refundable.

Annual Student Materials Fee: (Due July 1, 2017)
Kindergarten - $350

High School - $475
Students are charged an annual fee for rental books, consumable books, and miscellaneous materials required by teachers to enhance their studies. The fee is charged based on grade level and not individual student schedule. This fee is due in full on July 1st and is not refundable. Student materials will not be distributed if the fee has not been paid.

Graduation fees:
Kindergarten - $35
6th & 8th Grade - $50
12th Grade - $125
These fees cover the cost of the venue, caps & gowns, diplomas, decorations (K, 6th & 8th), and all of the awards and certificates used for the graduations.
 
Other Fees: All other fees, such as extracurricular activities, music fees, etc. are billed only to those students who participate in each specific event; these fees will be billed when the class/activity begins.
 
Physical Education Uniforms: Approximately $35/set Students in grades 5-12 are required to purchase SCCS Physical Education Uniforms (SCCS T-shirt and SCCS shorts). These are available at SCCS on Orientation Day before school begins. Students must also wear athletic shoes for all P.E. classes.
 
Day Care: (3:15-5:00) $10.00 per hour ($5.00 minimum charge per day)
