fees, and
donations.

SCCS is a very affordable Christian school,
the best value in the area with tuition more
than a third below any other local Christian
school. We have the
excellence in education, with the family of
dedicated, professional teachers and staff,
and the great spiritual growth your children
will be encompasses in at SCCS.

1. Registration Fee–
RETURNING STUDENTS.
This non-refundable,
per-student fee is due at the time of
application for enrollment. This fee
covers the cost of processing the
application and reserves a place for the
student for the upcoming school year.

2. Application Fee – NEW
STUDENTS.
This per-student fee is
due at the time of application for
enrollment. In the event the student is
not accepted into the school, $200 of
the fee is refundable.

4. Student Program Fee:
(Due July 1, 2012) $20/year for Grades
K-6
$125/year for Grades 7-8
$175/year for Grades 9-12
This fee is to support
special events and programs such as the
elementary end-of-year party, Student
Leadership Council, California
Scholarship Federation, Homecoming
activities, etc. This fee does not cover
the costs for all events, but helps to
subsidized many events. Students pay
additional fees for various activities.
This fee is due in full on July 1st and
is not refundable.
5. Annual Student
Materials Fee: (Due July 1, 2012)
Students are charged an
annual fee for rental books, consumable
books, and miscellaneous materials
required by teachers to enhance their
studies. The fee is charged based on
grade level and not individual student
schedule. This fee is due in full on
July 1st and is not refundable.
Student materials will not be
distributed if the fee has not been
paid.
6. Other Fees:
All other fees, such as
graduation fees, music fees, etc. are
billed only to those students who
participate in each specific event;
these fees will be billed when the
class/activity begins.
7. Kiddie College and Day
Care (3:15-5:00) $8.00 per hour ($4.00
minimum charge per day)
8. Physical Education
Uniforms: Approximately $35/set
Students in grades 5-12
are required to purchase SCCS Physical
Education Uniforms (SCCS T-shirt and
SCCS shorts). These are available at
SCCS on Orientation Day before school
begins. Students must also wear athletic
shoes for all P.E. classes.

SCCS has partnered with Smart Tuition to
manage our tuition payment program. Smart
Tuition receives the payments, processes
them and deposits them to our school’s bank
account. Smart Tuition has a secure website
and a 24/7 parent help center available to
answer questions about your payments. Once
your account with Smart Tuition has been
established, you may access your personal
account information on line. You can make
payments, view your balances due and find
answers to commonly asked questions. Smart

way of paying your school bill.
